RCDS works to empower tribal and vulnerable communities through health, livelihood, environmental protection, and inclusive community development in Manipur.

Rural Community Development Society (RCDS) is a secular, community-based organization working with the most vulnerable sections of society, especially tribal communities, across four districts of Manipur. Over the past three years, RCDS has been committed to improving the socio-economic conditions of marginalized communities regardless of religion, caste, creed, sex, gender, or tribal identity. The organization works towards ensuring food security, improving purchasing power, promoting health and justice, and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural communities. RCDS believes in inclusive development through community participation, environmental sustainability, and capacity building.
